No one has ever said the kids in these situations are liars, David. Your inability to be honest doesn’t say much for your credibility.
The kids are coerced with questioning techniques that are proven to extract false statements. The kids give the answers the adults want to hear. It’s not their fault, but the fault of the incompetent people treating them.
The Kellers were released when similar “proof” was later found to be sorely lacking. Hopefully no one will suffer false imprisonment this time, and if abuse has occurred, hopefully the individuals will be held accountable.
You don’t seem to understand, David, that every time you shoe-horn a real crime (assuming this is such a case) into your SRA conspiracy theory, you’re giving the abusers an easy “out”. Hmmmm, I wonder how the pedophile protection squad is going to twist this. Seems that after the two children claiming satanic ritual abuse and severe sexual abuse from their father and his satanic buddies have been proven to be telling the truth after they were medically examined.
I would like to address this situation in order to bring some facts forward so that people can understand what is happening with sites like this.
Kevin Annett is all over the internet as a self proclaimed authority on SRA, and although I know little personally about this man, I can assure people that he is not the spokesperson for those who claim that they are victims of satanic ritual abuse. The False Memory Foundation is focusing solely on him and Judy Byington, who wrote 22 Faces, as a way to dismiss and discredit all survivors, claiming that since they think they are wrong, it proves that satanic ritual abuse must be false as well.
Years ago- I had the chance to support Annett in some kind of coalition, and though I initially agreed, I quickly changed my mind since I realized that I knew nothing about this man and became wary of associating myself with someone who was claiming the position that he was. He has made claims that the Pope has eaten babies, along with other seemingly outrageous claims, but what bothered me most is that the False Memory supporters have focused SOLELY on this man in order to try and discredit SRA. This website- written by yet ANOTHER anonymous person (most all supporters who are publicly defending the False Memory Foundation ALWAYS do so anonymously), is a perfect example of this.
The article leaves out some incredibly important facts. First of all, the term “false memories” was coined by the False Memory Syndrome Foundation, although it has been proven that false memories are not a syndrome at all. They did so in an attempt to turn the tide of the myriad of reports that children were being sexually trafficked and satanically abused by their daycare facilities. McMartin Preschool, which is specifically named in this article on the website- is usually the one they focus on.
McMartin was indeed the longest and most costly legal battle in American history. A plethora of children claimed to be abused at this daycare, claiming that they were being taken down in tunnels underneath the daycare and being forced to murder animals and perform satanic rites there. For those of you who would like to know more- I suggest you read Ross E. Cheit’s book “The Witch-Hunt Narrative: Politics, Psychology, and the Sexual Abuse of Children”, found on Amazon. What is most disturbing about this case for me is that, after the trial- in which NO ONE WAS CONVICTED- an archaeological dig was performed where not only the tunnels the children spoke about were discovered, but was complete with the bones of small animals and satanic relics. My question has always been if these tunnels existed, which the obviously did, why were they not presented in court? Key evidence was kept out of the court proceedings, and one has to ask them self why? And more specifically- HOW? This fact is ALWAYS kept silent by False Memory supporters, who present whatever promotes their assertions and leaving out the facts that don’t support their opinions.
Doug Mesner is also included in this article. Of course, he actually goes by the name Lucien Greaves- a self proclaimed satanist who has thrown two satanic rallies for Rick Scott in Florida, is directly responsible for the building and displaying of a statue erected in Oklahoma beside the 10 Commandments of the devil with two adoring children below, and going to court to allow his group to distribute satanic based literature to children in Florida. Personally, having dealt with this arrogant idiot first hand, I have come to the same conclusion that his friends and colleagues have asserted about him all over the internet- that he is doing so in order to gain money and fame. I also think that he is doing so for another reason, and that is to take focus off a man by the name of Col. Michael Aquino- who is founder of Temple of Set. Aquino is the real icon that lead to the forming of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation, as he has been named in countless reports of people coming forward to claim that their day cares were hurting their children. It is my contention that the False Memory Foundation is desperate to separate Aquino from the whole focus on satanic ritual abuse, and they are substituting a man who feels entitled in every way. Mesner is being used as a distraction so that people don’t focus on Aquino. The same way they are using Annett.
The False Memory Foundation continuously asserts that large scale conspiracies don’t exist- that they are an impossible. Of course- looking at the history of America and its CIA group- this belief doesn’t hold water. They do exist, and have existed for quite some time- and there are examples after examples of this to be true. They contend that our government is innocuous, and that they are incapable of doing things that can be kept away from the public- but this flies in the face of what we all know about our government. Actually- the False Memory Foundation was FORMED to support the government, esp. considering that in ’92- when the foundation was formed, our national media was reporting that a wide spread child abduction and sex trafficking ring lead right up to the first Bush White House. They have done their best to attack and discredit in any way they can ANYONE AND EVERYONE who would talk about SRA, having a long history of suing and silencing therapists who were brave enough to try and help survivors.
Even on Amazon, within the comment section of Byington’s book 22 Faces, False Memory supports like Karmakaze and a transsexual who goes by Critthink, have done their best to defect the events surrounding my abuse in Omaha by trying to equate them with anything they can to discredit me. Just recently- during an exchange with Karmakaze- this anon tried to suggest that because Utah investigated SRA claims and found nothing that this proves that the many allegations surrounding Omaha are false. Of course one only has to view the British documentary “Conspiracy of Silence” to realize that these claims are bogus. Generally comparing apples to oranges in order to prove their claims, this is a perfect example of the misguided intellect that is being used to try and silence survivors. The same is being done with Kevin Annett. If he is proven wrong, then ALL SURVIVORS are proven to be liars. And as the blog I listed here shows, they do this time and time again to try and achieve their objective.
The False Memory people think that people are stupid and if left to their own devices they will enact another “witch hunt” like they assert happened in the late 80’s and early 90s. First, under our Constitution, while the president negotiates international agreements, Congress plays the significant role of ratifying them. In the case of a treaty, the Senate must ratify it by a two-thirds vote. A so-called congressional-executive agreement requires a majority vote in both the House and the Senate (which, because of procedural rules, effectively means a three-fifths vote in the Senate). Anything not approved by Congress is a mere executive agreement.
Second, the offices of our Constitution have different characteristics.
For example, the president may serve only two 4-year terms, whereas senators may serve an unlimited number of 6-year terms. As applied today, for instance, President Obama will leave office in January 2017, while most of us will remain in office well beyond then — perhaps decades.
What these two constitutional provisions mean is that we will consider any agreement regarding your nuclear-weapons program that is not approved by the Congress as nothing more than an executive agreement between President Obama and Ayatollah Khamenei. The next president could revoke such an executive agreement with the stroke of a pen and future Congresses could modify the terms of the agreement at any time.

Today I woke up to a comment aimed at me by Karmakaze- who is, I believe, a paid government troll who focuses on attacking survivors online. He corrected me about Kenneth Lanning and the fact that he actually WAS an FBI agent under George H. W. Bush when he wrote his report denying satanic ritual abuse in America. I had said that he was retired, however I was mistaken.
Karmakaze NEVER focuses on the things I have reported about Omaha, and the fact that the American national media reported that the child trafficking that was happening at the time went straight up to the first Bush White House, I obviously am not incorrect about the things that I have written about in my book. The fact that Kenneth Lanning was working for Bush Sr. suggests that the report was probably nothing more than a smoke screen in order to prevent the public from focusing on what was happening at the time. Obviously the republican party was invested in keeping things surrounding Omaha quiet- as they are the ones who paid the Discovery Channel $500,000 to keep them from airing the British documentary “A Conspiracy of Silence” the day that it was suppose to be on television. There was a CONCERTED EFFORT to keep the crimes of Omaha away from public scrutiny, and the history shows this.
Most people who hear about the American government investigating themselves chuckle- as it seems completely ludicrous. Kenneth Lanning was directed by George Bush Sr. to write his report- and it is no wonder that it says what it did. Of course, anyone who just accepts the findings in this report are being naive in my opinion, as there are a great deal many more facts- esp. with Omaha- that show that there are discrepancies with the report.
However, I like to admit it when I make a mistake- and so I am doing so now. It is my opinion that Lannings report is more suspect NOW- considering who it was he was working for, than it was when I was under the impression that he was retired. But I have to thank the Amazon anon Karmakaze for pointing out my mistake. It seems that the government paid trolls that I have been fighting against on Amazon have a tendency to keep me on my toes. Because of him, I find the report on satanism that Kenneth Lanning wrote EVEN MORE SUSPECT than I have in the past.
I have been researching arguments against sexual abuse today have come to the conclusion that denying the stories of survivors of childhood sexual abuse is nothing more than protecting and supporting pedophiles.
This is a recent video of a couple of children detailing their abuse in the UK. Because it involves allegations of satanic ritual abuse, there are some who are calling it a hoax, claiming that the children are lying. As far as I can tell- NO investigation have been done to check out the validity of their claims, and in fact they have been run out of their town because the powers that be want to prosecute them for saying such things.
I find it really disturbing that there are collections of people who make blanket statements that anyone who claims such abuse are liars and making everything up. There is a collection of people like this on Amazon- who I call the “pedophile protection squad”, who- claiming they are trying to prevent a witch hunt- blatantly go against any and all survivors and, as a group- go around discrediting what they have to say.

Written by a man who has severe mental issues himself. A discussion on Amazon- started by an anon named Karmakaze- that was so hateful and false that Amazon actually removed the whole conversation. Basically because this was only set up as an attack against me.

When David Shurter lived in Graettinger he spent a few months in the Cherokee Mental Hospital. He was about 15-16 and also spent time with his mother in Auburn, NE somewhere around early 1983 (it was either early 1983 or late 1982) . In that time the deputy of the town detained him as he had no supervision and was “running the streets wild”. David Shurter lived in Graettinger until 1987 when we moved back to Omaha with his stepmother and father.. Nothing more than lies and conjecture- Doug Mesner aka Lucien Greaves contradicts himself as you can see. This article was written just to attempt to trash me.
Oh, and Graettinger was a town of 900 people and main street consisted of two blocks of commercial places so i have to wonder what streets was i running? A woman by the name of Kara- who lives in an RV, wrote this She is just mad because I threw her out of my house after I discovered she was secretly recording me for several days. Not that I care if someone records me, but done in the underhanded way she did it- I felt she couldn’t be trusted. Now she is asserting that I am trying to set myself up as some sort of God and want to start my own cult.
The lies out there are outrageous- and truly pathetic. But I am not alone. There are people who go out of their way to do this to EVERY SURVIVOR WHO COME FORWARD.
I just want to share the info out there and basically tell my dissenters who want to claim that they know me personally to get a life. I did what I did- writing Rabbit Hole: A Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivors Story, setting up a blog, and doing YouTube videos- to get the truth out there- and those who claim otherwise are lying. Honestly- doing this has been NOTHING BUT a hassle in my life- and so to say that I benefit in any way doing so is another lie. Speaking out as a survivor is pretty much a thankless effort. The only thing it attracts are dissenters who attack you personally with lies and allegations. This group of pedophile protectors can claim a lot- but they can PROVE NOTHING. How do you prove lies? And using Doug Mesner’s reply on his own blog entry- they can’t even stop from contradicting themselves with their own lies.
I just decided to show this today- and basically have three words for this group. GO FUCK YOURSELVES.
James Lico has a post on Google claiming that I am guilty of elder abuse and I just wanted to put my side out there so that people get a chance to hear my side of the story.
Yes, it is true that James Lico lived with me but his rendition of what occurred between us has very little validity. The man is completely off mentally, which was not disclosed to me when Renatta Murry compelled me to let him move in with me.
He was thrown out of his apartment before coming to live with me. Basically because he had threatened his neighbors with a gun. After coming to live with me, he disclosed that he had knocked on his neighbors door, convinced that they were tormenting him with secret microwave weapons. His neighbors reported that he was waving around a gun but Lico denied this account, claiming that he just had a gun in his pants. But by his own admission, he threatened them with a weapon.
Later on I discovered from the police that this was not a one time incident but actually went to court in Florida and was deemed to be unstable after yet another incidence where he was brandishing weapons. It is actually this case that made him ineligible to own guns, although that didn’t stop him since he brought in a plethora of guns into my house.
The night after he had me call the ambulance to take him to the hospital, the police came to my house and suggested that I might have a look in his room to see if he had weapons in his possession. Even the ambulance people found him to be mentally unstable, as they asked me about his mental condition before they took him to the hospital. After searching his room, I found two semi automatic guns in his bed, complete with loaded clips. He also had several shotguns and a semi automatic shotgun, all of which I turned over to the police. It is because of his Florida incident that they have since refused to turn the guns over to him.
He has made claims that I abused him and stole his money- but the fact is that he asked me to become his payee for his social security check because they had decided he couldn’t handle his own money due to his mental illness. I flat out refused when we were at the Kent Social Security office, and I compelled him to try and become his own payee, which they granted. If I was guilty of the things he has accused me of, I would not have denied this. It goes to show that Lico is a liar.
He no longer lives with his next roommate as she discovered the same mental instability that I saw and she had him move out because she was afraid of him. He flat out refused to move until people were called to check on him in the house and he became paranoid that she was trying to have him committed. One only has to check out his blog to see how paranoid he is and how mentally unstable he is.
He spies on his neighbors, convinced that they are all working for the government and tormenting him with secret microwave weapons. He had bought cameras and had them all over her house, and since he had tried to have sex with her several times, she was convinced this was not to track the strangers that he was claiming were coming into his house but rather to film her. She, like myself, became increasingly scared of him and it took an inordinate amount of effort to get him out of her house.
The man also physically accosted me in the house that he moved to after I threw him out, compelling me to call the police and make a report. I believe, as do many others, including the police, that he is threat to those unfortunate to be around him. I assure everyone that neither I nor any of my neighbors were doing anything to him, and after moving in with his last female roommate, he began to blog about how HER neighbors were doing the same thing. Lico has a tendency to yell at people that do not exist, claiming that these invisible people are his handlers that are inundating him with secret microwave weapons.
He also murdered her dog. He hated the year and a half small dog, and after going to the store and leaving him alone with her dog, she came home to her puppy dead. Lico was the only one home with the dog, who was completely healthy when she left, and her friend who was with her also felt that Lico had killed the dog because of the way he acted. A man who can kill a puppy can do just about anything, and he has no concept of anyone other than himself.
I do not regret throwing Lico out of my house. He is completely unstable and though he claims all of this education, the fact is that his two degrees are simple associate degrees. He is NOT what he presents himself to be and I found him to be a complete whack job. Obviously considering what he went through in Florida, I am far from the only one. The police here also found him to be completely crazy, which is why they dismissed his demands to constantly be let back in my house.
I am not worried about what he says about me. They are lies and he has no grasp of reality, as the world is not out to get him and he is not being persecuted by anyone but himself and his own sick mind. In fact he has admitted that he came to the conclusion that he is a targeted individual and is being tormented by the government after reading about it online.
This is really all I have to say about it. But I wanted my side presented since he has my name associated with his rants. The police have told both me and his last roommate that they are glad he is gone as they believed him to be a time bomb. Of course, according to Lico, we are all part of the same conspiracy that the world has against him. Of course, the only person who is making his life a living hell looks back at him every time he looks in the mirror.
I am actually well liked and well respected in my community and church. Regardless what the self professed TI has to say about it. People like Lico give real targeted individuals a bad name and those who are interested only have to check out his blog to see how far off mentally this man actually is.
I threw him out because he was drawing line of sight maps on my neighbors, all of who Lico was convinced were out to get him. As I see it, no one is interested in this man, which is probably why he has the mental issues that he does. The only thing I would have done differently in the situation between Lico and I was preventing him to come into my home in the first place. This is probably the same thought everyone and anyone who lives with this fruitcake has.
(ANTIMEDIA) Chicago, IL — Four more victims of incarceration at Chicago’s Guantanamo Bay style secret detention/torture center, known as Homan Square, have come out and spoken to The Guardian about their experience being essentially treated like cattle. They are four black males, Brock Terry, Kory Wright, Deandre Hutcherson and David Smith.
Three of them were held in 2006, and one in 2011.
They were kicked in the genitals while helpless and bound, put in ‘kennels for humans’, and they heard the bloodcurdling screams of other helpless victims while they thought they would never see the light of day again.
One man named Brock Terry was caught with five pounds of cannabis, and ended up being shackled to the “little circular thing behind the bench”, arms spread open, being fed only twice in 3 days. The Chicago Police are known for turning up the temperature in the facility extremely high, and then depriving victims of water while they are tied up, arms extended.
“I sat in that place for three days, man – with no talking, no calls to nobody,” Terry said. “They call police stations, I’m not there, I’m not there.”
“I was kept there. I didn’t speak to a lawyer or anything,” he continued. “I didn’t interact with nobody for three days. And then when I do see the light of day, I go straight to another police station, go straight there to county and be processed.”
He also said he didn’t see any other victims there, but he heard cries from people being seemingly tortured, and they screamed “no, no, no” and “stop”.
Another black man named Deandre Hutcherson was shackled in the same vulnerable position, and he said he was punched in the face, and stomped in the genitals “like he [the cop] was putting a cigarette out”
“They got kennels – like, for people,” Terry also told The Guardian. “I didn’t really want to believe that, but it is the truth.”
“I never saw anyone, but I know something else is going on. You don’t want to be in that kind of situation, so you gotta be quiet about it, so you don’t go down that route.” Terry continued.

I am actually working on my next book and this is a chapter that I am putting in. I am writing the book as fiction, but have no doubt that this story is completely true.
A year ago last November- my now ex husband Michael Bernard sent me to Seattle to see if I could find a second property for us. Little did I know at the time that this was a ruse for him to break up with me- as he was seeing a new guy by the name of Adam. He waited for me to get out to Seattle and then broke up with me over the phone- cutting off all contact with me in the process. Claiming that he had been miserable for 8 of the 20 years we were together, the truth was that he was basically fucking his new guy and wanted to get me out of the picture.
I flew back immediately- which Michael so graciously paid for- but he refuse to talk to me or see me. Pretty much out of sight out of mind I guess. To say that I was completely devastated was an understatement, and it was Tracy that picked me up at the airport when I got back to Omaha.
After staying at the house for two weeks stranded without a car- and having no contact with Michael- I decided to take a bottle of Xanex that I had. Downing 70 of them with a couple of beers- I was desperately trying to stop the pain which I felt. Somehow or other- my older sister Kathy got ahold of Michael- not being able to get a hold of me- and he sent Tracy to my house to see what was up.
Realizing that I was attempting suicide- and being schooled as a nurse, Tracy Rooker Kristensen decided that she would not bother calling an ambulance, but rather decided to take me to my bank instead and get me to withdraw three hundred dollars out of my account. Working with Michael over the phone, Michael then called my sister back and reported that I was “drunk as a skunk” and that it was best that my sister just let me sleep it off. Helping me into bed after we returned from the bank- the last thing Tracy said to me was “good bye David” as she shut my bedroom door and left.
Obviously this suicide attempt didn’t succeed- and I was grateful for that eventually- but I had absolutely no recollection of Tracy taking me to the bank. In fact- I ended up accusing someone else to stealing my money- and it was only after I called my bank and asked for them to pull the video that I learned that it had been Tracy who had taken me to the bank. Watching videos of Tracy pulling into my bank parking lot and me getting out and going into the bank- it was obvious to both me and the the bank employee that something was wrong with me, as I was completely out of it. I was SO out of it that when I got out of the bank- I tried to get into the car of someone else and Tracy had to retrieve me and get me into her car.
Now Tracy is training as a nurse- and she is Michael Bernard’s best friend. They drink together- do drugs together- and it was, I believe, their hope that I would end up dying that night so that Michael wouldn’t have to deal with the divorce that came after. They conspired together to help me kill myself.
I just had to write this for posterity- so that I could get it straight in my head as I write this out. Tracy also convinced Michael that I had no grounds for a divorce- and basically helped herself to whatever was mine after I returned to Seattle a month later. All the while Michael was with his new butt buddy- but funny enough- a year later Adam dumped Michael. Probably cause he got a small taste of what I had endured with the sociopathic narcissist for twenty years.
I am grateful that I didn’t die that day- no thanks to Tracy Ann Rooker Kristensen, who lives in Papillion Nebraska now with her husband Clay in their rented out house on Park View Blvd. I am also glad to be away from her and Michael- and also am glad that she was wrong about me not being able to file for a divorce. To say that she is typically full of it is an understatement. Although I am writing my second book as fiction- I just felt that this should be out there so that people- if they google her name- can become aware of what a psycho this bitch really is. I mean- that is the whole reason why TDAmeritrade- where Michael and Tracy met- got rid of her. But beware of the barracuda. She is cunning, and can be deadly if given the chance. As Michael Bernard’s best friend- it says something about him as well.
