Sandusky jury may view unaired NBC interview footage POST STAFF REPORT  June 18, 2012

Prosecutors are reportedly weighing whether to use unaired portions of a creepy interview given by former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky, in their case against the accused pedophile.

NBC’s Bob Costas repeatedly asked Sandusky in November whether the former Nittany Lions defensive guru had inappropriate contact with kids — and at least one of the coach’s weird answers that didn’t make air could be used by prosecutors, according to the network.

“Many more young people who would come forward and say that my methods and — and what I had done for them made a very positive impact on their life,” Sandusky said of kids he met through his Second Mile charity.

“And I didn’t go around seeking out every young person for sexual needs that I’ve helped. There are many that I didn’t have – I hardly had any contact with who I have helped in many, many ways.”

That exchange could be used against in the current trial against Sandusky, according to NBC.

Sandusky’s odd response — that he didn’t seek out “every young person for sexual needs” — could make it look like he approached at least some kids, said NBC News legal analyst Wes Oliver….

I have a younger brother in his late 20s- early 30s who fits this description. I wonder, since it is my step mother Joanne C. Shurter and her cousin Gerald Friedricksen who want to prevent sales of my book- if this could at all be connected to the three a.m. visit my bookseller received threatening him from preventing sales of my book. At any rate- I wanted to make the correction.

Is this a mosquito? No. It’s an insect spy drone for urban areas, already in production, funded by the US Government. It can be remotely controlled and is equipped with a camera and a microphone. It can land on you, and it may have the potential to take a DNA sample or leave RFID tracking nanotechnology on your skin. It can fly through an open window, or it can attach to your clothing until you take it in your home. Given their propensity to request macro-sized drones for surveillance, one is left with little doubt that police and military may look into these gadgets next.

‘All the easier to see you with, my dear’

In addition to needing people to watch countless hours of videos of targeted individuals’ private lives taken by spy drones, the Pentagon is conducting a recruitment campaign for 1400 more people to operate its growing fleet of flying surveillance robots, a violation of Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

After Air Force leaders’ complaining for months that their “number one manning problem … is manning our unmanned platforms,” the Pentagon is now hiring new outside instructors and initiating two new educational programs to satisfy its thirst to spy on peoples’ private lives, according to Wired Magazine Thursday, of particular concern to Targeted Individuals.

This surveillance, a violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 12, applies overseas and in the United States where 30,000 drones have been authorized for use by 2020.

Article 12 of the Declaration of Human Rights to which the United States is a signatory states: “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.”

To meet its demand of 1400 more people to the spy program, the U.S. Navy’s new education program will “first create a new military undergraduate courses, which will complement existing training programs for pilots and sensor operators. The second is to increase the capacity of its training crews,” Wired Magazine reports.

“The Pentagon now has about 7,000 aerial drones in its inventory, compared with fewer than 50 a decade ago,” New York Times reported a year ago.

“The numbers are overwhelming: Since the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, the hours the Air Force devotes to flying missions for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance have gone up 3,100 percent, most of that from increased operations of drones. Every day, the Air Force must process almost 1,500 hours of full-motion video and another 1,500 still images, much of it from Predators and Reapers on around-the-clock combat air patrols.

Micro-air vehicles pose further abuse of Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They also make it trickier to spot informants among crowds of protesters.

The New York Times reported that Greg Parker, an aerospace engineer, admitted a year ago, “We’re looking at how you hide in plain sight,” holding a prototype of a mechanical hawk aimed for espionage or killing people.

A Wright-Patterson base indoor “microaviary” flight lab is researching and developing tiny drones that replicate moths, hawks and other inhabitants of the natural world, the Times reported, stating in its article title that the new technology is “Poised to Alter War.”

A flurry of recent comments Friday under what could be a photo-shopped image of a bug spy on Facebook posted by Wake Up World via Veritas, similar to photographs that the New York Times posted in its slideshow of new drones, might indicate public outrage over the privacy violation that the Pentagon’s new technology is fostering. Within less than 24 hours, 638 people have commented on the spy bug image and surveillance drones.

Veritas reports that recent sightings in New York and Washington DC have “raised question over whether the government has secret miniature spy drones.

“New York college students attending an antiwar rally in Lafayette Square last month were convinced they saw small flying machines that were ‘definitely not insects’ hovering above.

Only five years ago, Cornell University research had shown that insect flight was is “theoretically impossible.” While the FBI then officially denied having robobugs, DARPA had declared that they were working hard to implant moth pupae with computer chips to make “cyborg moths” when the pupae emerge from their protective casing, according to Daily Tech.

“The Hybrid Insect Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems hopes to allow researchers to grow insect nerves into silicon computer chip connections to allow the insects to be remote controlled like RC airplanes. DARPA researchers also are raising cyborg beetles.”

Protesters in Washington and New York claimed five years ago that there were robobugs hovering around them. At that time, entomologists interviewed believed that the entities were black dragonflies.

“The dragonfly population of Washington ‘can knock your socks off,’ according to one entomologist,” reported the Daily Tech.

“Unfortunately, the entomologists could not explain the bulb shape attachments to their tails that many reported seeing; nor could they explain their organized flight which was widely reported by observers. Dragonflies do not fly in packs, according to entomologists.”

Washington lawyer Bernard Crane who saw the robobugs said he’d never seen anything like them in his life, according to the Washington Post in 2007: “They were large for dragonflies. I thought, ‘Is that mechanical, or is that alive?’ ”

The Washington Post article had then stated, “Some federally funded teams are even growing live insects with computer chips in them, with the goal of mounting spyware on their bodies and controlling their flight muscles remotely.

“The robobugs could follow suspects, guide missiles to targets or navigate the crannies of collapsed buildings to find survivors.”

As robobug research and development continues, the military’s at least 64 different bases to house its drone fleet is not enough airspace. According to an April 2012 report, “airspace required already exceeds what’s available and the problem will only get worse as more bases are built around the country,” Wired Magazine states.

“In fact, many of the new bases won’t have access to the airspace necessary, both civilian and military, unless the Federal Aviation Administration changes its rules about flying drones domestically.”

All weapons of war must first be tested on humans. Retired Air Force colonel Tom Ehrhard, who specializes in unmanned aerial vehicles, “admitted that the U.S. government can be pretty sneaky.”

The CIA, according to The Washington Post, developed an “insectothopter,” a simple dragonfly snooper in the 1970s. At the time, agency spokesman George Little had said that he could not talk about what the CIA may have done since then.

“The Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Homeland Security and the Secret Service also declined to discuss the topic.”

“More C.I.A. drone attacks have been conducted under President Barack Obama than under President George W. Bush,” reported the New York Times in October.

Adding to outrage about America’s drones, earlier this week, a drone made by Northrup Grumman, mistaken for a UFO, fell from the sky and landed on a Maryland highway.

“Last year, residents of Cowley County, Kansas mistook a similar flying machine,” reported Fox News.

In November, an innocent Targeted Individual gave his account to the Examiner of seeing a drone in New York, and having what was described as high-tech “less-than-lethal” directed energy weaponry applied to him.

I was told that I was making blanket statements about the website, and it was pointed out how unfair I was being, and so, after a great deal of thought, I wanted to write a quick note explaining how I feel.

My history with Franklinfiles.net is just that, history, as the website- like everything else in life, has evolved into one were the info is top notch and the moderators do a superb job keeping the drama at a minimum. Yes, it is true that I have been attacked on this site before- but I need to express that this was YEARS ago, and I have not had that happen for quite some time. Not saying that I haven’t been in arguments, as I have a somewhat jaded view of Franklin Credit, but I have been given the opportunity to freely express myself in a way that I have really begun to appreciate.

I no longer believe that Franklinfiles.net is a sponge site, and I respect its mission to be a safe haven for ALL survivors. I must remember, in all of this- that I only have MY story- and that there are hundreds, if not thousands, of other survivors who have their OWN story that differ from mine- so I should not negate other’s experiences. However, that is not to say that a critical eye shouldn’t be used with what is being said- even with regards to me- as no one should follow blindly anything that is being presented but rather- should investigate and look at all of the info before coming to any personal conclusions. This mess is so convoluted with lies and misinformation that this is a necessity in my opinion- as the truth must be sought in order for any understanding to be obtained. And trust me when I say that is not easy with any of the situations surrounding Franklin Credit Union.

The research on Franklinfiles.net is a good way to begin understanding the events surrounding Franklin Credit Union, and I can vouch that those who find themselves on the site will generally find it to be free from drama and very supportive when it comes to survivors. Much of this is because of the new ownership- and I respect the protective grizzly bear personae that the new owner has with regards to her site, and pretty much owe her an apology for bashing the site when the truth is that she has modified and corrected the site in such a way that it is vastly different from what it was before. Every effort to help survivors should be recognized- and I just want to take this opportunity to do just that with Franklinfiles.net. Your efforts are valuable, vindicating, and a strong force for good in helping survivors and others learn what happened here in Omaha, and I just want to shout out a kudos for all your work. Thank you!

In my life, I have often found that persistence accomplishes objectives, even when it alienates and irritates people, like the police- who, in my opinion, have done nothing in trying to investigate Franklin- now or in the past, and in fact, as it stands- they stand pretty much involved with the events and the cover up that occurred surrounding the Franklin Credit Union and all the crimes against children that were taking place. It is my personal belief that this has not changed, and though I have been accused recently by the police of “having so much hate” that I “lash out at people”, (which, by the way- is my step mother’s argument- that I am just so crazy and full of hate that she has no idea why I would say the things about her that I have), I want to explain that it is not hate that people are sensing but rather a frustration that getting justice for a bunch of abducted, enslaved, and murdered children is so exacting. As I told the police officer- I am not in this to make friends, but rather- to have all of this investigated, and if anyone is tenacious enough to get this done, it is me.

Going against all of this as I have has not been easy by any measure. I stand to prove that you CAN fight city hall, but doing so has felt like David fighting Goliath, as there is so much money and power against me that it is oftentimes overwhelming. We live in a society where sunshine is forced down our throats and many are taught to believe that the darkness in our society is either nonexistent or so prevalent that we dismiss any sense of responsibility to change it as futile, and it is that complacency that angers me the most. Yes, the violations against me have been many- both in my past and in my present, however, these pale in comparison when I see the world around me constantly looking the other way, or worse, viewing it as some sort of tabloid story. Much of humanity was stripped from Omaha because of this mess, and it is my sense of survivor responsibility that will not allow me to let this go. Going against the grain is viewed as insanity- no one is more aware of that than I, and yet, I must do what I must do in order to sleep okay at night.

I will not, in good conscious, just go along with the status quo in their belief as to what the “true history” is with regards to those supposedly involved in investigating the events surrounding Franklin, simply because it is just impossible for me to grasp that no one knew of what I have been talking about until I came forward publically against all of this. I think Paul Bonnaci is a liar, as was Troy, and I have been viciously attacked and vilified by Noreen Gosch over and over- and yet- John DeCamp has publically said that I am the “missing link” to all of this and has expressed his belief in the things that I am saying, and so why would a woman who was desperate to find justice for her son do such things to someone who could possibly help her achieve her goal- unless that isn’t her goal at all. No stich of physical proof that Johnny Gosch is alive- not a card, not a call- nothing but the word of a convicted pedophile who admits he was involved in the kidnapping and a woman who is claiming that her son is living and hiding out on Indian reservations . NONE OF WHICH SHOULD HAVE ANYTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH WHAT HAPPENED HERE IN OMAHA. It is like a living chaos- and I just don’t buy it.

I bring this up because I have heard, through the grapevine, that 20/20 is thinking about doing another story about Johnny Gosch- only this time linking Col. Michael Aquino to all of it. Now I’m not saying that Michael isn’t involved- cause God knows if there is a pile of crap concerning kids anywhere he is generally flying around somewhere in the area- but my concern is this. I am afraid that what happened last time will happen again.

The last time that all of this hit the media- it was done in such a way that made it out to be unbelievable at worst, and a joke at best- like Geraldo setting up an interview with a family of Satanists that didn’t show up- highly reminiscent of his flop two years before- when he broke into Al Capone’s vault. Col. Michael Aquino- psych ops commander of the United States Armed Services- paraded around in some sort of Merlin outfit- and the whole thing was used to bedazzle the nation into believing that all of the crimes against children were a farce. It worked stupendously- which is why I am afraid that it is going to be tried again. Level after level of bull is being heaped on this situation in order to hide it- and I must admit that fighting it is frustrating- however- that CAN NOT prevent me from expressing my concerns and opinions, and so I will continue using my voice in hopes that some sensibility can be used with all of this- instead of the usual apathy that is dealt with it. Future lives of our nation’s children DEMAND we look at this, figure it out, and change it.

These are just my opinions anyway, and I just don’t want to see all of this lost in the hands of time for another thirty years. So I stand- irritatingly strong, and maddeningly defiant in the face of odds that are almost insurmountable. Crazy or not- I believe there are things worth fighting for- and this is one of them. So I will remain doing just what I am doing- trying to get all of this truly investigated and exposed for what it was, so that history won’t repeat itself.
