And my father was born in Niles MI. There are vast similarities to the deaths of the Oakland Child killings, the Ricky Chadek case, and the Jacob Wetterling abduction. But we have STRONG TIES TO MICHIGAN- not to mention child killings. This is why I believe my family is involved with these cases.

I was just thinking- and it occurred to me. While I was sitting in the office of Fraser and Stryker- the receptionist was reading the online news of CNN. The article she was reading all about a man who was busted as a cult serial killer- and the story said that there were strong indications that this man was not working alone. Now- since I obviously dont write for CNN- I thought you might just want to contact them and ask them what that story was all about. I forget the details- but I am sure that they can remind you.

This is David Shurter from Omaha Ne. After finding out about a four unsolved child murders in Michigan- I have contacted the Michigan State Police. After my conversation with a woman on the phone from that dept, this is the email that I sent. This pretty much goes for EVERYONE I have been in contact with but I felt I should share this with you.
The woman that I spoke to in your office regarding the oakland child murders told me- “what difference does it make- your father is dead so why should we investigate.”
This is the reason. I have no intention of stopping until i get to the bottom of this- and if it comes out that you drug your feet on this- or just ignored what what you have been told- I promise you- I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TAKE YOU- AND YOUR DEPARTMENT- THROUGH THE MOST PUBLIC WRINGER YOU HAVE EVER SEEN.
Before you scoff and tell yourself that I am crazy- perhaps you should get ahold of the people involved with this to see what THEY think of me. i am not going away- and the fact that i keep finding example after example of POLICE NOT BOTHERING TO DO THEIR JOBS-trust me- I will bring this out.
Police- contrary to popular belief – are PUBLIC SERVANTS. You are suppose to serve the public- and justice. Omaha and what happened here is a perfect example of what happens when police do not do their job. I for one am sick of all this crap. MURDERED CHILDREN MATTER. PONTIAC, Mich. (WJBK) — It’s a case that’s gone unsolved for more than three decades. Now a $100-million lawsuit has been filed by the mother of one of the victims in the Oakland County Child Killer Case.

Debbie Jarvis really put her trust in the law enforcement system believing that it would catch her daughter’s killer. She’s been waiting since 1977, so that’s why she’s hoping this lawsuit will finally bring her daughter justice.

“The system has not only failed Kris, but has failed all the victims of the monster that took our kids from us,” said Jarvis.

She read a prepared statement as she faced the media to explain why, after all this time, she’s filing a multimillion dollar lawsuit in an effort to help find the person responsible for her daughter’s murder.

Kristine Mihelich was only ten when she died.

“Tomorrow would’ve been Kris’ birthday, and for me it will always be her eleventh birthday,” Jarvis said.

The $100-million lawsuit filed in federal court names the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department and the Michigan State Police. It alleges a conspiracy and cover up in the investigation of the abduction and murders of four children along the Woodward corridor back in the 1970s. In a bombshell, the lawsuit also raises a theory that the killer could have been associated in some way with law enforcement.

Those involved with the investigation claim the lawsuit has no merit.

“There is no basis in law. There’s no basis in fact. There’s not much that you can say aside from the fact that it’s bizarre. I think the sad thing about this is that, you know, you have a family and you have four families in the case in question and they’re grieving and they’ve been grieving for years,” said Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper.

“I think that, that is the attorney firing this bird shot for whatever reason. I don’t think it helps solve the case in any way, shape or form,” said Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard.

Paul Hughes is representing Jarvis. He claims a confidential informant came forward with evidence indicating there could be many more victims that were killed at the hands of the Oakland County Child Killer, including Donna Serra, Kim Larrow, Kimberly King and Jane Allen. All four were murdered around the same time frame.

In what some consider poor taste, a website has also been set up soliciting money from the public to fund the case. $1,500 will get you a copy of the investigation.

“I don’t work for the public and I can’t ask for U.S. tax dollars to pay for the efforts of this litigation, and that website is set up to help defray and pay back Debbie for the money that she’s put in and it will help fund this lawsuit,” said Hughes.

Michigan State Police would not comment on the lawsuit citing pending litigation.

Hughes is pushing for an independent investigation by the Department of Justice, although we’ve learned the FBI has been involved in this case for several years. In fact, they’re on the task force.

The prosecutor’s office plans to file court paperwork trying to get this lawsuit dismissed.

DETROIT (WXYZ) – Claims of new victims a secret source — and a $100 Million dollar lawsuit. It sounds like the making of a Hollywood murder mystery but thats the latest twist in the 36 year old Oakland County Child Killer Case.

Now weve learned that new information comes from a man who wont reveal his identity and hes someone 7 Action News Investigator Heather Catallo has spoken to many times.

Nobody seems to know who this man is. What we do know is that this source started contacting Catallo back in 2010 alleging that these murders were related to cult activity and pagan holidays – but 7 Action News never went with the story because hes provided absolutely no proof.

After decades of mystery, police still dont know who abducted and killed four children along the Woodward Corridor between 1976 and 1977.

Some families of the victims have waged a public battle for information from Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper.

Kristine Mihelich was the Oakland County Child Killers 3rd known victim — and now her mother is weighing in with a $100 Million dollar lawsuit filed in federal court.

The system has not only failed Kris but has failed all the victims of the monster that took our kids from us. Its time for Jessica Cooper to step aside and let the Department of Justice investigate these cases, said Deborah Jarvis.

At a press conference in Detroit, Debbie Jarvis and her attorney Paul Hughes revealed that their lawsuit is based on information from an unknown confidential source whos been nicknamed Bob.

Have you met him, Catallo asked Hughes.

I have never met him. I wouldnt know him if he was sitting in this room, said Hughes.

Do you know his real name, asked Catallo.

I dont know his real name, said Hughes.

Jarvis also said she did not know Bobs real name, nor has she met him.

Based on the material Hughes included in the lawsuit, its believed Bob is the same person who was contacting Catallo anonymously in 2010.

He said he could prove that there were more than just 4 victims of the Child Killer and Bob wrote up a detailed memo, alleging that the victims were abducted and their bodies were discovered on dates that were connected to Pagan holidays.

Bob claimed the killings were tied to satanic cult activity in metro Detroit. The problem was, Bob would never provide a name, or any information about himself, or a phone number so that we could verify what he was saying.

If he was some crazy dude, hed just be out there posting it all over. Or he would be turning the matter over to the local county prosecutor. He wanted one piece of information, essentially to confirm what he basically already knew, before he was going to put an individual out there as a suspect. And that, my friends, is integrity on his part. Thats all he wanted to verify before he put that information forward, said Hughes.

Are you sure he hasnt posted anything on the internet, asked Catallo. No, said Hughes.

In November of 2010, someone posted an Associated Press type article on a blog site. However its not an actual AP report. It does, however, match the memo the anonymous source sent to 7 Action News.

Hughes says Bob has information that ties in additional victims — young girls who vanished in the 70s. In the lawsuit he alleges theres an extremely high probability that the deaths of Donna Serra, Kim Larrow, Kimberly King, and Jane Allan, among others, are connected to the Oakland County Child Killer case.

But Hughes admitted he was not aware that specific forensic evidence dog hair and carpet fibers — that connect the four known victims.

One of the things the claims of a cover-up hinges on is the grand jury thats currently hearing testimony on this case. The attorney says an email from the secret source prompted the Oakland County Prosecutor to impanel the grand jury in less than a week.

Heres what we know about grand juries it takes a long time to put them together, and theres a lot of oversight. It doesnt happen in a week.

While they cannot legally discuss any case thats before the grand jury, the Oakland County Prosecutors Office is emphatic that they did not convene a grand jury just to keep this confidential source quiet.

And the Prosecutor herself is calling this lawsuit groundless and she says the familys grief is being exploited. Jessica Cooper also says Hughes could get punished by the court for filing a lawsuit with false information in it.

High ranking law enforcement officials tell 7 Action News, they did try to meet with this secret source back in 2010 but they say hes the one who never followed through with providing information.

Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard says there’s not a case more important to solve, and if anyone has information on the case, he guarantees it will be investigated.

Hughes says the anonymous source is willing to work with the Department of Justice in Washington, and Hughes has contacted Michigan’s senators to

ask the DOJ to intervene.

The FBI has already historically been part of the Oakland County Child Killer Task Force, and the FBI lab at Quantico has processed evidence in the case.

There is a heavy week planned in Colorado the first of May- and it seems that I am going to be working with Doug Millar and Senator John DeCamp in exposing what happened not only here in Omaha, but also the problems that they have experienced in Colorado.  This is an exciting opportunity- and I am looking forward to meeting the challenge of exposing the problems of our nation head on.

Omaha: A Fragmented Timeline of Events Beginning in August, 1983

Sent to me by my Facebook friend David Holland- I was given permission to post his research.  It is a good read- kinda long- but interesting.

I find it interesting that there is no mention of the SECOND- first boy on the milk carton- as there were two boys shown.  Etan Patz was displayed along with JOHNNY GOSCH, who was abducted in West Des Moines, IA.  Of course- both cases the police FAILED MISERABLY- and in fact, didn’t bother to act until- well, Patz was 33 years ago and Gosch has NEVER BEEN INVESTIGATED!  Maybe because Johnny Gosch is connected with something much larger and more sinister.  How ever, I find it important that it be known that there were TWO boys shown on the first milk box carton- and mention that it is telling that nothing is being said about it.

I hope they find justice for the family of Etan Patz- here in Omaha- there is no justice to be had.  Take the case of Ricky Chadek- the police are SO FOCUSED ON THE WYNGERT FAMILY THAT THEY CANT SEE ANYTHING ELSE.  No proof links Neil Wyngert with the Chadek case- but STILL COPS FOCUS ON HIM while disregarding all else that comes in regarding the case.

And they believe Patz is buried in the floor- so why is it so hard to believe that my dad has dead kids buried in the closet that he rebuilt.  Everything is just coincidence with the police in Omaha- they are the only ones who KNOW the facts- and STILL THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION TO ALL THE CHILD ABDUCTIONS HERE IN THE 70’S AND 80’S.  Considering that KEY MEMBERS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT were involved- this might be the reason why.

I have had it suggested that I am crazy by the local officials who refuse to investigate my claims and, to this point, have done little to nothing on this case.  I think that I might talk above their heads sometimes- and I just wanted to point out that there is ample research proving what I have been talking about with this whole spirituality, mind over matter thing.  This was just published on CNN today, (4/14/2012) about our power of perception and becoming more aware as human beings.

When local officials don’t wish to investigate something, they just make the victims out to be crazy or a liar.  I am neither, and those who read Rabbit Hole: A Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivor’s Story will discover the truth in this.  Local officials- well, they are more inclined to protect the status quo than actually do anything that might help solve a bunch of child murders, so you can’t expect much out of them.
