A Retraction on DavidShurter.Com

I said that my brother was at a Johnny Gosch seminar in Tampa, but after I checked my records, I realized I wrote down Miami- so I changed it. Still in November of 2005. (After an email I just recieved from one of the witnesses who told me about it- I discovered that I am wrong again.  It was Sept. 15, 2005 in Tampa).   I think my brother went there to find out what my father was saying, because Noreen Gosch herself told me that she recieved a phone call from my father, but didnt understand what he was saying until I came along. He spoke of “skeletons in his closet” and committing “crimes against children”. This was a private function, so how my brother even found out about it is question- but again, not so big as why my drug addicted, dying, homeless brother went to it in the first place. My father was coming clean- and they needed to know what he was telling people.

My sister told me that Officer Hale is mad because I made my stepmother cry. As the tapes at Nebraska Furniture Mart will prove, on the 15th of October, she is NOT afraid of me. What I am trying to do- yep- she is terrified, but of me, no, not really. All of this is some wierd sort of set up- and I just want to point that out. It might sound paranoid- but comparing my situation to all of those that I am speaking of- this is more of a pattern than a coincidence. Just more of the same.

I went to the county attorney yesterday to see if charges were pressed and was told no- I personally dont believe that she WILL press charges. She is doing everything she can to make me out to be a crazy man and get it taken care of though backdoor means- like getting a protection order on me. Now, after yesterday- I realize that the Omaha Police Department is helping her to do what she can to stop my website. Contrary to Officer Hale- I have EVER RIGHT TO TRY AND GET ALL THIS INVESTIGATED!! What they are mad about is that it is so public, and considering that DavidShurter.com got 166 hits yesterday- we are all starting to grasp exactly what is going on here.

I just wanted to let everyone know of the retraction on DavidShurter.com. With regards to the Omaha Police Dept.- if there is a better email to send this correspondance- I am all ears. Thanks.

OPD’s Response…

I understand your accusations but we need some evidence or something more to follow up on. If you have that please contact our Homicide Unit at 402-444-5656 or the Missing Persons Unit at 402-4445636. If not please don’t keep sending emails to the department with family issues. Write what you want on your website but you don’t need to send OPD emails about what you are posting. If we are interested we will go to the website or contact you.

Is it possible to have my dna tested with what you have on Ricky Chadek to see if my father is involved? That would be a place to start. If you look at the cases of Ricky Chadek, Johnny gosch, and Jacob Wetterling, you will find that a big blue pickup and a white oldsmobile are talked about. Even I could find this out in the simple research I was able to do. My parents owned both.

My father came clean about his crimes with hospice, but no one listened to him. Just like what is happening with me. I am not sure what you want me to do. Ill stop contacting you, but I am not going to stop what I am doing on my website. I think that these cold cases need to be solved, and I have MANY reasons to believe that my father was involved.

This is a family matter- but you also have to understand that we are ALL aware of the political implications that this poses, and I just say that I am sad that the OPD is no more willing to help investigate this than what it was under Robert Wadman’s reign. I thought that things would have changed- but I guess I am wrong.

This will be our last email- but I am going to put this up on my blog.

After what I heard about Officer Hale from my sister yesterday, I dont have much interest in going to your Homicide dept, esp. after I realized that is who is helping my step mother right now. Like he told my sister yesterday- he has no interest in justice. Correct me if I am wrong, but this is what I was told when I filed my own report- RB# 44127Z, that homicide would be dealing with my case . Of course, considering that this report is going to go up in front of Officer Hale, I dont think that it will make much of a difference. I have no trust in the homocide dept. – you are helping a child murderer. Whether you guys want to check it out or not.

What is it that you want? Your emails to the Police Department are not providing any evidence of criminal wrong doing in regards to kidnapping or murder, like your first email suggested. Do you have such evidence to produce that can be followed up on? If not please don’t continue to send emails about problems you are having with family unless you need to file a crime report. In that case call 911 if it is an emergency or call or Telephone Response Unit if it isn’t an emergency.

My Response:

First off, I believe that my father and stepmother were involved with the disappearance and murder of Ricky Chadek- which is an open unsolved cold case here in Omaha.  We can start there. I would also like the investigation into Johnny Gosch- since my brother attended a private conference for Johnny Gosch in Tampa in November 2005- right before our father died.  I believe that my parents were involved in a child abduction ring and may have the remains of dead children in their house.  They certainly have dead children in their past.  I would like closure to this.

I hope you dont mind but I am sending this out to everyone.  I dont much trust the OPD, and the fact that Officer Hale told my sister that he didnt care about justice, it seems that this is all going to be an uphill battle.

The protection order that I am facing is based on a false police report- and since the cat is out of the bag- I can show that I was in Key West on the 9th.  Our meeting took place (between my stepmother and I) on the 15th- and there should be film at Nebraska Furniture Mart showing EXACTLY what happened.

I just feel that this all is important- and that the OPD should be aware of what is going on.

People hiding the remains of dead children in their house is YOUR JOB to investigate, not mine.

Then my sis called the mayor’s office, and we are on our way down now to make a complaint.

Since the cat is out of the bag, I need to stress that I can PROVE WITHOUT A DOUBT that the complaint  police filed for this protection order was done with false information. 

Officer Edward Hale suggested to Joanne that she issue an arrest warrent out for me, which he told my sister, following up by the fact  that he didn’t bother to look at my website.   He called my sister  “crazy” on the phone, and  graduating at the top of her class with both her undergrad and masters, she didnt take much of a liking to that, which is why we are filing a complaint at Mayor Suttle’s office this afternoon, along with issuing a complaint with the Omaha Police Department.

I guess that all of this is going to have to be looked at after all.  If I am arrested because of my website- it will be in direct violation of my 1st amendment rights, and I will go as far as I have to go to LEGALLY  defend my contitutional rights.  I have only spoken about public documents that deal with me- so it is MY RIGHT TO TALK ABOUT THEM.  I am NOT GOING TO SHUT THIS SITE DOWN OR QUIET MYSELF IN ANY WAY!

Ill keep everyone informed as to what happens.  It is a drama that is almost too good to miss.

Kathy Bannister I filed a complaint with Mayor Suttle’s office today regarding the terrible treatment that I received from Officer Hale. He was rude, and he told me that he is only interested in Joanne’s side of the story. I offered him info on several documented events, and told me he was not interested in the least. He also told me that he does not care about justice. Very alarming…

Kathy Bannister He told me that he is Detective Hale, but I just don’t associate detective or investigator with a man who is disinterested in justice.

I want to point out that the Nebraska State Patrol, Joanne C. Shurter, and the local FBI have known what I have been doing for years now- and that they are UNABLE TO DENY KNOWLEDGE OF ALL OF THIS when it all is said and done.  This is important- because it shows the consistent behavior of our local officials to turn a blind eye away from anything that has to do with the situations that I am speaking about.  It isnt just this either- I mean- OPD considered Amber Harris a run away until someone tripped over her rotted corpse in Hummel Park months later, at which time they promply arrested a local violent pedophile that was involved with her disapperance.

A brief explanation as to the events that have occurred.  My father Robert Lynn Shurter Jr. died in 2006, my sister Cindy Hester was murdered three weeks later, I was attacked in road rage that summer, and I called The Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Nov of 2006 to see if I could find any info on missing kids in the 70s.  The January of 2007, a Nebraska State Patrol officer called me and asked for more info.  Three weeks later, I called the Nebraska State Patrol and spoke to a Bob Frank, who was in charge of cold cases in Lincoln.  I told him what was going on and he told me he would call me back.  He never did.

Now- I see from Joanne C. Shurter’s Protection Order complaint that Bob Frank- who took my report- actually filled out two harrassmet complaints for Joanne C. Shurter- RB.#11575V  and  RB# Z40510  against me- NEVER ONCE CONTACTING ME IN THE PROCESS.  So for the Nebraska State Patrol to say they didn’t know what has been going on- is IMPOSSIBLE.  The local FBI cant say that either- since they are included in my BCC above and have been for quite some time.  This shows that there is a propensity on the part of our law officials, to play games with this situtation.

To be honest- I am finally pushing the envelope regarding my family’s crimes and such, and I have now made my own reports.  I am done playing games with all of this- it is time that it all comes out and gets looked at once in for all.  I put this quote on Amazon.com regarding Sybil Exposed and I think it is fair that I share with you what I said- as this is my general attitude…

“Yep- trauma effects the way the brain remembers, and people are not digital cameras. But you cant say that everything that they remember about abuse can be totally discounted, esp. when there are so many similar cases out there on the books.

Take me for example. It could be said that I need to prove my memories and everything that I said was true- but I really think the only thing I need to prove is that my dad abducted and killed kids and the judicial system turned a blind eye. That is all I have to prove-and since he is my dad, and I know him well, it wont be that hard to prove.

We can argue Freud all day- but Jung is the new leader now- and no psychobabble is going to change the facts coming out in Omaha. Ritual abuse and satanic ritual abuse are REAL- and no rhetoric is going to change the facts of that.”

It is time all this crap finally came out and got looked at- and our local law officials CAN NOT DENY KNOWING ABOUT THIS.  I just want to point that out.  Not only that- but they are involved.

Oh- with regards to Bob Frank- the cold case guy.  After I couldnt get any help from him- I went to Brian Mastre at KETV and asked him to help.  He had just done a story about a local kidnapped boy and I thought he could help.  Brian called me the next day and told me that Bob Frank couldnt find any proof that our family EVEN LIVED IN FREMONT- so I called Linden Elementary, and 15 minutes later had them fax not only Brian, but myself, my school records from Fremont.  He not only didnt bother to even look,but he lied about things that were simple to check out, let alone helping my stepmother file silent police reports about me.

Interesting how all of this is working out- isnt it?  This is NOT GOING TO GO AWAY.

I am probably going to do a new YouTube video about all of this so that I can share what is happening with others.  Everyone who has gone silently and complancently with events that play out in Omaha have gotten royally screwed- and I figure that if that is going to be a case- this time I AM GOING TO DEMAND A KISS.

I guess that there is a Omaha Police Department Incident Report made about me threatening someone.  It was in this police report number  R.B. z40510 .  My sis, who worked in the Protection Order dept though her masters, was the one who looked through the paperwork and discovered this was the case.  THIS REPORT IS COMPLETELY FALSE!!  But it was this police report that was used to get a Protection Order against me.

I thought Protection Orders were given out to those in danger, not to those who don’t like what you are writing about them on a website. Douglas County in Omaha NE gave one out for exactly this. I know- I recieved it, by someone close to my father Robert Lynn Shurter Jr.,  who wants this site shut down and for me to stop talking about the things I am.  Of course- I thought that was a case for civil court.

For those of you who are interested in how the court system works in Omaha Nebraska, primarily Douglas County- check out Doc. CI, page 11-7513 in the district court of Douglas County Nebraska. This looks like it might be interesting…

“With regards to Omaha, and the events surrounding the Franklin Credit Union, the last victim to come forward with allegations concerning what happened here in Omaha was a boy by the name of Brad Fuguli. A good student, well liked, and an activist in his school, he made a formal complaint against some of the people involved in his abuse to the Omaha police department. However, the next day he was found dead of an apparent suicide. Publically this was never known, and would have been completely forgotten had it not been for our current mayor Jim Suttle. You see, his right hand man and the one who was instrumental for getting him elected also happened to be one of the men Brad Fuguli made a complaint against.
