Now Tere Joyce is saying Shelby County IA Sheriff Neil Gross and his Dept investigated those allegations- but if that’s true, which I seriously doubt since “Smokey da Clown” is a self proclaimed drug dealer ex convict felon, it obviously amounted to nothing.
