More On Sandusky and Penn State- Info Sent to Me I thought I Would Share

Dear David,

While studying the history of MK-ULTRA, I kept coming across UPenn and Penn State. As you know, during the Cold War big university and Top Ten labs and hospitals were deeply enmeshed with military studies fueled by hefty grant monies and CIA “spychiatrists” and “spin” doctors of all breeds and colors, more than a few being SS Nazis slipped into the country under Operation Paperclip.

“For example, Pennsylvania State University, Carnegie Mellon, the University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins, and a host of other universities have surprisingly expanded the reach and influence of the national security state by entering into formal agreements with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in order to “create a link between leading research university and government agencies. Graham Spanier, the President of Penn State, argues in a statement pregnant with irony that the establishment of the National Security Higher Education Advisory Board, which he heads, ‘sends a positive message that leaders in higher education are willing to assist our nation during these challenging times.'”…-a0229721282

1. Psychiatrist Martin Orne was at UPenn. Orne worked with the Office of Naval Research and USAF Office of Scientific Research as well as the CIA.

2. “Arthur Caplan, director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Bioethics, is a champion of neuro-enhancement … Caplan dismisses such squeamishness about meddling with meddling with their brains as knee-jerk loyalty to an older order (‘like wanting your kid to use an abacus’); quasi-sadistic faith in the principle of ‘no pain, no gain’; or a religious aversion to ‘altering God’s wise design.’

(Looks like Caplan might like a few more Boys’ Homes and aborted embryos:)

3. UPenn’s Center for Cognitive Neuroscience.

4. Gerald Smith, former chair of physics and Antimatter Project leader at Penn State, now operates Positronics Research LLC in Santa Fe, NM (just down the road from Los Alamos National Labs). “So far, the Air force has given Smith and his colleagues $3.7 million for positron research…”

5. UPenn’s General Robotics, Automation, Sensing and Perception Lab (GRASP) on the 4th floor of the Engineering School’s Levine Hall.

6. Penn State’s Institute for Non-Lethal Defense Technologies (INLDT), “one of the fastest-growing departments under the umbrella of Penn State’s Applied Research Laboratories (ARL).”

(Given that mind control technologies come under the rubric of “non-lethals,” how perfect is it that UPenn has GRASP and Penn State has INLDT for their MK’d cheerleaders, football players, orphans, foster kids, etc.?)

7. (This one is a doozy; don’t miss it.)

“Graham Spanier ‘serves as Chair of the National Security Higher Education Advisory Board.’ Spanier was, until very recently, the Penn State University President.”

Is it any wonder that Jerry was reaching into the MK cookie jar? More interesting to me is why they hung him out to dry. No longer useful? Reaching a few times too many?
