Along with the video of him walking past my house with a chemical sprayer. I could have added several other videos with it cause the dude was constantly walking in front of my house yesterday.

It ISN’T like he hasn’t done this before. Once I sent law enforcement a video of him just STANDING on the sidewalk in front of my house.
