Your signature is important because in 1977 and 1995 Congressional hearings, survivors claimed they and other children were tortured in illegal human experimentation by CIA and US military personnel. Today survivors of the program say the government continues to torture children, some of whom are their own bred for human experimentation and who disappeared after birth.

Congress voted not to release the information.

This is an outrage, especially considering this torture of children could be funded by your tax dollars in the CIA’s $14.7 Billion-dollar Black Budget.
